What you will do in this role

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure or establish controls for products and processes related to various technical functions meeting customer and regulatory requirements. Maintains and improves Integer quality systems. Carries out responsibilities with little to no supervision.

  • Ensure or establish controls for products and processes
  • Compile or complete quality records, reports, and documentation ensuring GDP are applied
  • Participate in problem solving and provide input for process/product evaluations for continuous improvement
  • Utilize equipment and ensure current calibration; repair, modify, and/or maintain equipment as needed
  • Perform inspections in accordance with authorized specification and applicable quality standards
  • Recommend improvements to work instructions to enhance quality, clarity, and efficiency
  • Set up and run testing according to procedures or engineering direction
  • Perform failure analysis and/or troubleshooting as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Expand skill base through on‑the‑job training, cross training, and classroom instruction
  • Provide training to personnel in proper techniques for utilizing systems, equipment, and processes
  • Support other departments with data, analysis, and guidance
  • Align with corporate strategic initiatives and drive improvements in product and process quality
  • Escalate quality non‑conformances to achieve company quality objectives and key business metrics
  • Adhere to Integer Core Beliefs, safety and quality requirements, and applicable regulations described in the QMS

What sets you apart
  • Minimum Education (preferred):
    High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree or experience in area of technical expertise may be preferred
  • Minimum Experience (preferred): 2 years of Integer work experience or 3 years of related manufacturing industry experience; associate degree may substitute for experience
  • Specialized Knowledge:
    Understanding of GD&T, ISO
    9001/ISO
    13485 quality standards (preferred); product knowledge helpful
  • Special

    Skills:

    Computer operation skills; ability to read and interpret drawings/prints; ability to read and understand work instructions; experienced with measurement tools/equipment and hand gauges
  • Specialization:
    Quality – Identify and evaluate procedures to ensure production of quality product; work with measurement tools; conduct studies of process capability; perform dimensional testing before and after cleaning; provide technical support as required; make decisions on handling product issues
Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $22.61–$33.16 per hour. Compensation includes base wages, cash‑based incentive program, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call‑in pay where applicable. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package immediately, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave available after one year. Optional employee‑paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance. 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, eight paid holidays per year, and annual paid time off.
