What You Will Do in This Role
  • Ensure or establish controls for products and processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Compile quality records, reports, and documentation ensuring Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are applied.
  • Participate in problem solving and provide input for continuous process and product improvement.
  • Utilize, calibrate, repair, modify, and maintain equipment.
  • Perform inspections in accordance with authorized specifications and applicable quality standards.
  • Recommend improvements to work instructions for quality, clarity, and efficiency.
  • Set up and run tests per procedures or engineering direction; may conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • May train personnel in proper techniques to utilize systems, equipment, and processes.
  • Provide support, guidance, data, and analysis to other departments.

  • Drive improvements in product and process quality; identify and escalated quality non‑conformances.
  • Adhere to Integer Core Beliefs, safety and quality requirements, and applicable regulations described in the quality management system.
  • Embed Quality within daily work—own quality and act as a standard bearer for the Quality Management System, facilitating corrective and preventive actions and achieving quality KPIs and the journey to 5‑Sigma.

What Sets You Apart
  • Minimum Education (Preferred): High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree or related experience may be preferred.
  • Minimum Experience (Preferred): 2 years at Integer or 3 years in a related manufacturing industry; an associate degree may substitute for experience.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Understanding of GD&T; familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO 13485 quality standards; product knowledge helpful.

    Skills:

    Computer operation skills; ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and work instructions; experience with measurement tools, hand gages, and dimensional testing; strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented and organized.
Specialization:

Identifies and evaluates procedures to ensure the production of quality products for manufacturing. Works with measurement tools to ensure product is to standard before release, conducts studies to understand capability for process and measurement systems, performs dimensional testing before and after cleaning, provides the Quality group with technical support, decides how to handle product issues, and may write technical reports and quality documentation.

Salary Range: $22.61 – $33.16 per hour.
