Position Summary
The Quality Support Analyst supports enterprise quality solutions, systems, data, and business processes across the organization. As part of the Technology & Data department, this role serves as a key liaison between Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to ensure quality-related applications, reporting, and processes effectively support business objectives.
The analyst is responsible for supporting quality systems, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining quality data integrity, assisting with reporting and analytics, and partnering with stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines business process knowledge with technical and analytical skills to enhance the organization's quality capabilities and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for enterprise quality applications, tools, and processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for quality-related system inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
- Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology teams to identify and resolve system and process issues.
- Assist with the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality solutions and related workflows.
- Support quality reporting, dashboards, and analytics by validating and analyzing quality data.
- Monitor data quality and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of quality-related information.
- Gather and document business requirements for quality process and technology improvements.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements and process changes.
- Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of quality system and data issues.
- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support audit readiness through accurate documentation, reporting, and system controls.
- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on quality, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting business applications, quality systems, manufacturing operations, or related business processes.
- Experience analyzing data and developing reports to support business decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) or other enterprise business applications.
- Experience working within manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of quality processes, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
