Quality Clerk Summary Of Functions
Responsible for assembling job packets and other duties assigned by the Quality Manager
Excel.
Major Duties And Responsibilities- Retrieve prints for exiting parts. Copies, stamps and re-files prints
- Bubble new or revised prints and create inspection plans
- Flow down customer PO requirements to suppliers and internally via the ERP system
- Print out travelers, contract review sheets, inspection plans, and prints, as necessary
- Assemble all job pertinent documentation together and provide it to manufacturing
- Scan and file new documentation as necessary
- Upload documents to customer website
- Use ERP system to generate reports and organize reports in MS Excel.
- Ability to keep documentation organized and accurate is a must.

Reports directly to the Quality Manager. Works closely with Purchasing
Selected functions pertaining to the operations duties are backed up by Quality Manager, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
