In this role you will center your day around delivering top‑notch customer service. You will professionally welcome and assist customers, deftly identify their unique needs, and guide them toward the right tools or equipment. Your responsibilities also include handling sales transactions (closing, invoicing, and product loading), staying well informed about the product catalog, fielding inquiries, generating sales quotes, facilitating equipment purchases, and providing post‑sale follow‑ups.
You will help maintain a clean, organized sales floor, actively participate in store events, and prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Proven communication skills
- Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
- Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
