Overall Store
Experience:
leading pet parent and associate experiences, ensuring safety and compliance, coordinating events and partnerships with local adoption groups.;
Business Management: driving profitability, analyzing reports, managing store budgets and expenses, staffing, payroll, and vendor relations.;
Store operations: opening/closing procedures, inventory management, scheduling, and store maintenance; ensuring policies and procedures are followed.;
Leadership development: supervising and mentoring junior leaders and associates to meet store goals.
