Job Description
The Retail Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance in a retail environment. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on driving sales while maintaining the store’s high standards.
Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff activities.
- Lead and motivate retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Assist in training and developing retail staff to enhance productivity and skill levels.
