Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
What You'll Do
- Welcome showroom visitors and answer customer calls and emails.
- Resolve questions about orders, deliveries, warranties, products, and services.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Purchasing, Installation, and Accounting teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Schedule warranty and service appointments.
- Process payments, credits, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and business systems.
- Support showroom and office operations while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
- A professional, dependable, team-first attitude.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
