The Commercial Sales Engineerdevelopsandmaintainsstrongrelationshipswithcommercialcustomerswhileactivelyidentifyingandpursuingnewsalesopportunitiesthroughoutreachandnetworking .ThisroleisresponsibleforestimatingandsellingreplacementequipmentandretrofitprojectswhilepreparingaccurateproposalsandmanagingallopportunitieswithintheCRMsystem.
Thepositioncollaboratescloselywithinternalteamstoensureseamlessprojectexecutionandsupportsbothlightcommercialnewconstructionandretrofitopportunitiesacrossalltrades.
Additionally,the Commercial Sales Engineerstayscurrentonequipment ,codes,andavailablerebatesorgrantopportunities,whileconsistentlytracking,reporting,andachievingestablishedsalesgoalsandperformancemetrics.

- 5+yearsofcommercialHVAC,plumbing,electrical,ormechanicalexperience

- Effectivecommunicatorwithstrongrelationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeand CRMsystems
- Knowledgeofcommercialcodes,systems,and applications
- Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
