Role
Rheumatology Institutional Specialist supporting access and formulary adoption in key hospitals within assigned geography. Objectives include increasing demand and institutional advocacy for rheumatology brands through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- develop and execute tailored business plans for academic and government institutions;
- build relationships with clinicians, administrators, and decision-makers;
- deliver product and disease education;
- and facilitate hospital-specific strategies aligned with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar complex sales, with at least 2 years managing large hospital accounts;
- strong therapeutic area knowledge in rheumatology;
- proven ability to collaborate within matrix environments;
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60-80%.
- experience with therapeutic launches, market access, reimbursement pathways, and medical calling.

field-based with remote elements; travel required within the US territory.
