Insight Restoration is seeking a dependable, hardworking Restoration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will help residential and commercial customers recover from water, fire, storm, and mold damage. Every day brings new challenges, meaningful work, and the opportunity to help people during difficult situations.

• Perform water, fire, mold, and storm restoration services according to work orders, IICRC standards, and supervisor direction
• Complete demolition, drying, cleaning, mitigation, and restoration activities
• Prepare job sites and contain affected areas to ensure safe and efficient work
• Load and maintain vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies for each project
• Document work performed, upload photos, and communicate project updates
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional job site appearance
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, customers, and subcontractors
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Experience in water, fire, storm, mold remediation, or contents restoration preferred
• Commercial restoration experience strongly preferred
• IICRC certifications are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and mobile app proficiency (Microsoft Office, photos, job management software, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Participation in rotating on-call schedule required (approximately 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month)
• Occasional travel, including out-of-state projects, may be required

• Ability to regularly lift 30–40 lbs. and occasionally 50+ lbs. with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to work around cleaning agents, chemicals, and restoration equipment
