Midco is hiring a Central Construction Fiber Optic Technician to build, splice, and maintain our fiber network. You will ensure high-quality fiber assignments, system integrity, and precise documentation while supporting field operations and safety standards.
Responsibilities include splicing, pre-checks, labeling, GIS/AutoCAD map work, and preparing as-builts. Requires travel up to 70% and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay with overtime and a yearly bonus plan.
