Maintain and repair convenience store equipment and gas systems
Monitor systems and perform preventive maintenance
Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
Provide general maintenance support, including painting, building and repairing structures, interiors, shelving, and cabinets
Clean stores and perform basic maintenance
Troubleshoot, repair, clean, and maintain store equipment
Contact service vendors for repair materials
Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Participate in training for existing and new equipment
Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary
Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment and work in confined spaces
- Ability to use hand/electric carts, power tools, and hand tools
- Ability to crouch and/or crawl and use a ladder
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities
- Ability to work independently
- 3–5 years of experience in the A/C, Refrigeration, or General Maintenance field
- Ability and requirement to drive a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division
- Participation in training for existing and new equipment
Demonstrates expertise in maintaining and repairing convenience store equipment and gas systems, with strong capabilities in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
