CARE Counseling is hiring a PMHNP for medication management in Plymouth, MN. We prefer a minimum of 2 days/week but open to per diem, part-time, or full-time!
In this role, you will:- Provide psychiatric services, consisting primarily of outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Prescribe, recommend, or discontinue drugs and treatments to treat behavioral health conditions in accordance with the Collaborative Practice Agreement and the state's Nurse Practice Act
- Collaborate with counselors, social workers, or other treatment team members to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation
- ANCC board certified PMHNPin MN
- Active DEA registration
- Ability to practice independently without oversight (Full Practice Authority)
- Reside in the Twin Cities metro with the ability to work onsite in Plymouth
Hourly compensation for per diem; annual salary for full- and part-time
