Job Description Bizoforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) with strong expertise in Generative AI and large-scale AI solution deployment for a high-priority enterprise engagement. This is a highly client-facing role requiring candidates who can work in ambiguous environments, build end-to-end AI solutions, and directly collaborate with stakeholders to deliver production-grade systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying GenAI solutions beyond proof-of-concepts and a strong foundation in software engineering and cloud architectures.###
Experience
Required:
6–12+ Years Level: Senior Engineer / AI Consultant###
Key Responsibilities
GenAI Solution Development
* Design and deploy end-to-end Generative AI solutions in production environments
* Build LLM-powered applications including RAG pipelines, copilots, and AI agents
* Implement prompt engineering and optimize model performance
Software Engineering & Architecture
* Develop scalable backend systems using Python or Java
* Design APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
* Apply system design principles for high-performance applications AI Engineering Lifecycle
* Apply AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices
* Handle data ingestion, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
* Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems
Client Engagement & Delivery
* Work directly with client stakeholders in embedded environments
* Translate business problems into technical AI solutions
* Deliver end-to-end implementations from concept to production
Integration & Automation
* Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and workflows
* Build dashboards, automation pipelines, and orchestration frameworks
* Support continuous improvement and optimization
