Responsibilities
- Participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms
- Independently build and unit test components
- Lead a dev team, providing guidance & mentorship
- Conduct product/solution evaluations
- Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Min 5 years of progressively responsible experience developing enterprise-level applications
- Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository
- Understanding of Salesforce security model
- Ability to design scalable async patterns
- Demonstrated experience coaching senior and junior developers
- Min 2 years in an Agile team environment
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Expertise in Salesforce data model across multiple clouds/products & strong data modeling experience
