Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers' freight, coordinating everything from LTL/FTL shipments to complex international customs requirements. Your work will be vital in keeping our supply chain moving efficiently and our customers happy.

What You'll Do:

As our Logistics Specialist, you'll manage the daily execution of all domestic and international shipments. This is a hands-on role that also requires strategic thinking. You'll work with a variety of internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Shipments:You'll schedule and manage shipments with transportation providers, brokers, and suppliers, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Providing Quotes & Tracking:You'll prepare freight quotes for customers, offering multiple options, and facilitate shipment tracking to keep everyone informed.
• Resolving Issues:You'll be the go-to person for investigating and solving any shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensuring Compliance:You'll prepare critical import/export documentation and ensure all shipments meet country-specific regulations and U.S. Customs requirements.
• Collaborating:You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and foreign offices to ensure a cohesive logistics process.

What We're Looking For:

We value both experience and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and good computer skills (email, Teams, Word).
• Experience with international shipments and government export regulations is highly preferred.
• This position is primarily performed in an office setting, and you should be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
