POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Sundays starting at 9:30am and Monday-Friday starting at 3:30pm; approximately 4 hours per day. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, and may require overtime.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive a box truck or semi during one of our many routes while making 10-20 deliveries per day.
- Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; lift commercial tires using team lifts or mechanical equipment, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks when needed.
- Drive to customer locations to deliver orders in a safe, punctual manner in all weather conditions.
- Work approximately 8-12 hours per day.
- Operate a handheld device to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as needed.

Perform duties that require lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires with rolling, destacking, team lifting or use mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment except steel/composite toe boots is provided by U.S. Auto Force.
Work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise level, fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be 23 years or older (mandatory company policy).
- Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) B and a good driving record in compliance with company driver policy.
- At least 2 years of commercial motor vehicle driving experience (Class A or
B). - Must satisfactorily complete the company road test by a qualified assessor.
- Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts as required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test.
- Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
