CEPM is a full‑service outdoor property maintenance company that specializes in Grounds, Landscape, and Snow & Ice Management. We focus on honesty, integrity, and a healthy environment for employees and customers.

• Pick up materials, deliver materials to job sites; pick up equipment, return equipment.
• Maintain and follow safety protocol, coordinate with landscape management, and obey traffic laws.
• Secure cargo and arrange it properly, maintain a detailed log of working hours in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure vehicle mechanical issues are corrected before driving, operate multiple machines and vehicles, and be available for winter work and long hours.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL licensed (preferred).
• Licensed CDL Delivery Driver for landscape (and snow).
• Ability to work independently, be self‑motivated, and hardworking.
• Problem‑solving skills; able to detect, find, and repair problems.
• Perform monthly inspections.
• Up‑to‑date MN DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Full‑time Monday through Friday; flexible for after‑hours, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy or snow conditions.
