Operators ($18‑30/hr)

• Experience with front‑end loaders and skid loaders

• Training provided on equipment

• Most people can work near their home

Salt Truck Drivers ($24‑30/hr)

• Experienced (CDL license not required)

• Opportunity for winter hours even when it is not snowing

Snow Shovelers

• No experience needed; shovel snow and run mini snow blowers

• Crews start from the Plymouth location each event
• $16‑18 per hour

Shovel Crew Leaders

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Will work on shovel crews
• $18‑24 per hour

• Organized dispatch and excellent equipment
• Paid weekly
• Referral bonus available
• Commercial sites / top‑notch trucks & equipment
• Shifts can be 12+ hours long, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays – when it snows

• Salt Truck Drivers: experience, CDL license not required, and updated MN DOT medical card
• Operators: experience with skids or loaders
• Shovel crews – will train
• Reliable availability when it snows
