Ryder Drivers operate well-maintained, safe trucks with 24/7 roadside maintenance. Local yard work, no touch freight, start times 6:00 pm–6:00 am, and a rotating schedule of four days on, three days off. A $3,000 loyalty bonus is available and endorsements training is provided.
