What You’ll DoAs a Floral Order Picker & Loader, you’ll pick, pack, and load floral orders into the hands of our customers. The role is fast‑paced, physically demanding, and involves a variety of temperatures. You’ll maintain high accuracy, meet daily productivity goals, and work efficiently to meet tight loading deadlines.
Responsibilities- Safely and accurately pick orders using pick tickets or scanners.
- Pack, box, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load products onto company trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Audit and inspect products to meet quality specifications.
- Execute downgrade processes for expired or sub‑spec inventory.
- Consolidate product carts and racks by expiration dates.
- Sort and place materials on racks according to organizational standards.
- Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and work in varying temperature zones (45–85°F).
- Lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and work for 8+ hours per shift.
- Comfortable working in hot/cold environments year‑round.
- Work under pressure in a fast‑paced warehouse.
- Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Self‑starter who can work independently when needed.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and varied temperatures.
Full‑time, 2nd shift with seasonal variations. Sunday–Thursday, 30–40 hours per week (average shift length 8–10 hours). Shift times include Sunday 6:00–10:00 PM, Monday–Thursday 6:00–10:00 PM, and Friday–Saturday 6:00–10:00 PM. Overtime and holiday work may be required during peak periods.
Pay Range$17.50/hr–$18.50/hr
