Nurse to patient ratio: 1:4
Annual visits: 15,000 - 16,000

- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
- Supports organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
- Performs and documents the physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
- Treats co-workers with courtesy and respect. Actively works to strengthen interdepartmental relationships.
- Provides comfort the patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing management. Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
- 2+ years of current ED experience( Strong ED Skills Are A Must) - Required
- Cerner EMR experience - Highly Preferred
- Prior travel experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- ENPC and PALS Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend License/Cert
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
Must be in hand upon submission
Weekend Requirements :
Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required
On Call Requirements :
No Call
