NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving (including Friday and weekend after) AND Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. Thanks!

• Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
• Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
• Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress
• Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Med Surg experience Required
• ICU experience Strongly Preferred
  - Those travelers with ICU experience will receive first consideration
• Travel experience Preferred
• Cerner experience Highly preferred
• BSN Preferred Profile Requirements
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications
    - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Ortho Cert, BLS, NH Med Tech License
    - Facility will not pend License/Certs)
