Are you a fully qualified electrician with solar installation experience and some management or supervisory exposure, looking to step into a hands‑on leadership role within the commercial solar sector?

This company is a well‑established renewables business specialising in the Commercial Solar industry. Over the past 15 years of operating, the company has built a strong client base and continues to grow through a pipeline of exciting commercial projects. They are looking for a site supervisor to assist them in their growth.

In this role you will take responsibility for supervising and managing commercial solar PV installation sites, while remaining hands‑on in the delivery of the installation work itself. This role balances site leadership, team coordination, and practical installation duties across projects in the Southwest and further afield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated electrician or team leader looking to move into a longer‑term leadership role within a growing commercial solar business, where training such as SSSTS or SMSTS can be provided and future progression will be available as the company continues to expand.

• Site Supervisor / Manager working on commercial solar PV installation projects
