Are you a fully qualified electrician with solar installation experience and some management or supervisory exposure, looking to step into a hands‑on leadership role within the commercial solar sector? This company is a well‑established renewables business specialising in the Commercial Solar industry. Over the past 15 years of operating, the company has built a strong client base and continues to grow through a pipeline of exciting commercial projects. They are looking for a site supervisor to assist them in their growth.

In this role you will take responsibility for supervising and managing commercial solar PV installation sites, while remaining hands‑on in the delivery of the installation work itself. This role balances site leadership, team coordination, and practical installation duties across projects in the Southwest and further afield.

• Site Supervisor / Manager working on commercial solar PV installation projects
• Manage and supervise installation sites while remaining hands‑on with the installation work
• Support the successful delivery of projects across a growing commercial client base

• Fully qualified electrician
• Solar installation experience
• Management, supervisory, or team leader experience
• Happy to stay away from home and travel as required
