Multi SKilled Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at a commercial building in Hatfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established maintenance team in a static role, offering a great work-life balance with no weekend shifts.

The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across the building, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with the maintenance schedule. Attend and resolve reactive maintenance tasks efficiently. Perform fault finding, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems. Complete maintenance documentation accurately using the site's CAFM system. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Identify and report any additional remedial works. Provide excellent customer service while working closely with the site team.

About You Previous experience in commercial building maintenance. Mechanical or Plumbing qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent preferred). Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance. Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. What's on Offer Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm no regular weekends.
