RG Setsquare has been appointed by a maintenance contractor to support with hiring an experience Plasterer, able to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance as well as refurbishment works in void properties.

The works will mostly be in the Plymouth areas.

The contractor specialise in carrying out social housing maintenance works, operating on behalf of public sector landlords;
Housing Associations and Local Authorities and specifically working in occupied homes as well as empty void properties a like.

Social housing maintenance. Occupied homes. Planned maintenance eg kitchen and bathroom upgrades in people's homes. Own tools and transport critical.
