Position: Multi Trade (£35047.58 - £36597.60 per annum, plus company van) 40 hours per week.

Position

BCHA is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team working predominantly across Plymouth.

Responsibilities
  • Have a trades background, ideally with skills and experience in bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling and painting.
  • Work across a mix of planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Emphasise customer service as the customer is often present on site.
  • Hold a full and current driving licence and have the ability to drive a company van.
Qualifications
  • Experience with in a similar role, ideally from within the Housing sector.
  • Competent in at least plumbing and carpentry as defined within the job description.
  • Full and current driving licence acceptable to our insurers.
