Where you will work

Join our experienced engineering team

During your first few months, you will travel across our client locations to become familiar with the different sites, systems and equipment we support.

Once you are familiar with our customer base, most of your work will be based across Oxfordshire. From time to time, you may need to travel to other areas to support colleagues or meet business requirements.

Overnight stays are not normally required.

What you will be doing

  • Working with chilled-water systems where required
  • Supporting food-service and cold-storage customers
  • Completing small ventilation works
  • Working with humidifiers where experience allows
  • Assisting with site surveys, customer quotations and RAMS
  • Providing accurate information to the office team for remedial-work quotations
  • Leading maintenance teams during more complex repair or installation projects
  • Making sure all work meets current safety regulations, legislation and company standards
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers

You will work across a variety of locations, including offices, residential properties and retail sites.

What we are looking for
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in refrigeration and air conditioning

  • The confidence to work independently and manage your workload without supervision
  • A strong understanding of safety, quality standards and relevant legislation
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
  • A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving

City & Guilds Level 3 is desirable but not essential.

Experience with chilled-water systems and humidifiers would also be beneficial.

As a senior engineer, you should be comfortable providing technical guidance and demonstrating leadership through your knowledge and experience.
