ABM is seeking an electrically/HVAC biased tradesperson for on-site maintenance role covers planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and building fabric tasks, with responsibilities to update the CMMS and uphold QA standards. You will work Mon-Fri in a team, ensuring safety and reliability of plant and systems.
Based at LCY3 with potential to assist nearby sites. Requires HVAC/ electrical qualifications, F-Gas, and strong communication skills.
