Lincoln Hospitality Group - Operations Director - Wisconsin

Lincoln Hospitality Group is looking for an Operations Director for brands Milwaukee Burger Company, Northern Taphouse & Omaha Tap House.

Primarily this role will be Wisconsin based with emphasis on the brand Milwaukee Burger Company.

Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with General Managers to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
  • Lead new restaurant openings, transitions, and operational rollouts.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost control, and overall profitability across all units.
  • Analyze P&L statements, labor models, food and beverage costs, and key performance metrics.
  • Develop action plans to improve margins and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with accounting and ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing General Managers and leadership teams.
  • Create clear accountability structures and performance expectations.
  • Lead succession planning and internal promotion strategies.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Support HR initiatives including training, compliance, and employee relations.
Brand & Guest Experience
  • Protect and elevate the Lincoln Hospitality Group brand across all locations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and reputation management.
  • Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and service recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
Systems, Processes & Growth
  • Standardize operating procedures and best practices across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for technology, efficiency, and scalability improvements.
  • Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Assist with vendor partnerships, purchasing programs, and cost optimization.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience
  • Experience managing and developing both onsite and remote teams
  • Strong operational and financial expertise, measurable success in developing, implementing, and executing plans
  • Willing to immerse themselves in new market for new store opening
  • This position requires at least 75% travel to the fifteen locations

Salary:
Base salary range - $110k-$120k with bonus
