Lincoln Hospitality Group - Operations Director - WisconsinLincoln Hospitality Group is looking for an Operations Director for brands Milwaukee Burger Company, Northern Taphouse & Omaha Tap House.
Primarily this role will be Wisconsin based with emphasis on the brand Milwaukee Burger Company.
Operational Leadership- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
- Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Partner with General Managers to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Lead new restaurant openings, transitions, and operational rollouts.
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and overall profitability across all units.
- Analyze P&L statements, labor models, food and beverage costs, and key performance metrics.
- Develop action plans to improve margins and operational efficiency.
- Partner with accounting and ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing General Managers and leadership teams.
- Create clear accountability structures and performance expectations.
- Lead succession planning and internal promotion strategies.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Support HR initiatives including training, compliance, and employee relations.
- Protect and elevate the Lincoln Hospitality Group brand across all locations.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and reputation management.
- Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and service recovery processes.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
- Standardize operating procedures and best practices across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for technology, efficiency, and scalability improvements.
- Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.
- Assist with vendor partnerships, purchasing programs, and cost optimization.
- 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience
- Experience managing and developing both onsite and remote teams
- Strong operational and financial expertise, measurable success in developing, implementing, and executing plans
- Willing to immerse themselves in new market for new store opening
- This position requires at least 75% travel to the fifteen locations

Salary:
Base salary range - $110k-$120k with bonus
