Sales Representative

Here at Kaat’s Water Conditioning, Inc. dba Culligan, we are continually growing and are in need of a Sales Representative for our innovative bottle less water purifier. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing business customers. We are a 3rd generation family-owned company with values based on integrity, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement dedicated to exceeding customer and employee expectations.

Specific Job Duties

• Prospect and develop new customers
• Generate your own leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting
• Achieve monthly performance quotas
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and customer records
• Manage complete sales process from prospecting through closing the sale

Specific Job Requirements

• 1+ years sales experience preferred but not required
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Skill and ability to work well with customers
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication
• Great presentation skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• A driven self-starter
• A high degree of honesty and integrity
• Professional appearance and demeanor
