Step into a high-impact Spray Painter/Aerospace opportunity with a confidential client, where you will help drive meaningful results across Aerospace / Defense.
This role offers the chance to make a visible contribution in Pocahontas, Arkansas, USA while supporting ambitious technical and operational goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Apply high-quality spray coatings on parts and components
• Work with a wide range of materials: steel, aluminum, plastics
• Ensure precision and consistency in finish recovery and final
• appearance
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet client
• specifications
What You Bring to the Role
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace or industrial spray painting
Proven expertise in high-quality, priority coating applications
Experience working with multiple substrates (metal and plastic)
Strong eye for detail and commitment to finish excellence
Stable work history: must have been in most recent role for at least
3 years
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
