- Coordinate all training, planning, monitoring, and scheduling of daily operations to achieve production goals
- Maintain close communication with the contract producer, Hatchery, and Feed Mill operations as they relate to Breeder Production
- Responsible for Animal Welfare & Biosecurity training for all assigned producers
- Responsible for evaluation and troubleshooting performance issues with individual farms in order to improve productivity and producer profit
- Perform various tasks and deliver supplies as assigned by management
- Report all farm related issues to the Breeder/Live Operations manager
- Sitting/standing/driving for extended periods of time
- working in all weather conditions
- lifting various weight up to 50lbs as needed
