Tele Solv Consulting is seeking a Legal Support Specialist II to provide intermediate-level support to a federal government legal office. This position requires strong document control, coordination, and administrative judgment in a compliance-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare, format, and quality-check legal and administrative documents for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain document control processes and file management (electronic and physical)
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling for legal staff and stakeholders
- Track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables using logs and reporting tools
- Draft routine correspondence and assist with assembling legal packages
- Support records retention, archiving, and file organization in accordance with office requirements
- Provide administrative assistance related to legal reviews, workflow tracking, and office reporting
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow federal security procedures
- High School Diploma (required);
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred - 3–5 years of administrative/legal support experience (federal experience preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience creating and maintaining trackers/reports
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision

Investigation
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
