Baerum søker sykepleier til et distriktsbasert team bestående av tre hjemmesykepleieavdelinger. Du får jobbe med hele bredden av sykepleiefaget, og vi jobber med utvikling innen sårbehandling, diabetes, ernæring og velferdsteknologi, i tett samarbeid med hukommelsesteam og kreftsykepleiere.
Vi legger vekt på kompetanseutvikling, et inkluderende arbeidsmiljø og god opplæring. Hovedmålet er faglig utvikling og trygghet for brukere og ansatte, med muligheter for kompetansestøtte og fleksibel turnus.
