Foreperson – Pipe, Grade & Paving

Idaho Materials & Construction is currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Pipe Foreperson, Grade Foreperson, and Paving Foreperson in the Pocatello area!

• Lead and supervise crews on heavy civil construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project goals and timelines.
• Ensure all safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Operate and oversee the use of construction equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and team members.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and job site efficiency.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction (pipe, grading, paving, or related fields).
• Previous foreperson or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
