We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion. As a key leader on the construction site, you will coordinate crews, manage materials, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship. Your expertise in roofing and construction will drive project success while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• Supervise daily roofing operations, including installation, repair, and restoration projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
• Coordinate and direct roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Oversee material procurement, inventory management, and proper storage of tools and supplies on‑site.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout each phase of the project to ensure craftsmanship meets industry standards.
• Enforce safety regulations by conducting regular site safety meetings, hazard assessments, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs accurately using construction estimating techniques and prepare detailed reports.

• Proven experience as a Roofing Foreman or similar leadership role within the construction industry with a focus on roofing projects.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems combined with skills in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, welding, tile laying, metal stud framing, restoration work, and remodeling.
• Hands‑on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, concrete forming, fabrication processes, plumbing systems, caulking techniques, drywall finishing (including trim carpentry), heavy lifting operations, and handyman tasks.
• Familiarity with construction estimating procedures for budgeting projects effectively.
• Strong background in construction site management with knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or project stakeholders.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
