Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Paving Foreperson to oversee asphalt paving crews and ensure quality and safety on site. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate with the paving superintendent, and help with labor or equipment tasks as needed.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 5–10 years' paving experience, plus knowledge of DOT/OSHA/CDL regulations and strong leadership abilities.
