Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Paving Foreperson for IMC Pocatello, will oversee asphalt paving crews, enforce safety, and coordinate daily operations at multiple job sites.
Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of paving experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans. A CDL is preferred. Regular travel to job sites may be required and a CDL helps with responsibilities and safety compliance.
