• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and treatment planning

  Educate patients on oral health and preventive care

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Idaho dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to grow professionally, with interest in future partnership

• Adjusted production or guaranteed daily rate (whichever is higher)
• W-2 or 1099 position

, a non‑corporate dental support organization. Accelerate provides behind‑the‑scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can focus on patient care, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Yellowstone Dental Associates, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long‑term success for both the practice and its providers.
