Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe individual will have primary instructional responsibilities teaching various courses in Information Technology at the associate degree level at our campus in Lima, Ohio. Courses include Introduction to Programming, Network Fundamentals, Hardware Fundamentals, Server Utilities, and other network security and system administration courses.
Courses taught on campus meet for 1.5-hour sessions throughout the day, as well as online courses. UNOH courses run on a quarterly basis throughout the entire year. Classes meet either Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday.
Expected Start Date
April 3rd, 2024
Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree with IT experience and IT certifications
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Security, or an IT-related field. Preferred:
- IT certifications that can include CISCO, Microsoft, Fortinet, CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker
- Previous teaching experience
- Candidates with higher degrees and online teaching experience at the post-secondary level will be considered.
