Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in the area of application. The candidate needs a current Idaho Certification. Familiarity with the
** ICS
* * and how that drives curriculum in the classroom is required. Knowledge of implementing Differentiated Instruction is essential. A strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative setting with stakeholders, community, staff, students, parents, and administration is a must. The candidate must provide evidence of strong classroom skills and student behavior management as well as a desire to meet the academic and behavior needs of all students.

The candidate must be flexible and willing to work creatively with others. The candidate must love working with children.
