Position OverviewAdult Special Education Teacher for high‑school students in a high‑needs school. Contract days: 190.0 (1 FTE). Salary follows the District teacher schedule based on education and experience.

Job Requirements- Hold or be eligible to obtain an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in the area of application.
- Current Idaho Education Teaching Credential.
- Familiarity with the Idaho Common Standards (ICS) and curriculum application.
- Knowledge of implementing Differentiated Instruction.
- Strong classroom skills and student behavior management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, community, staff, students, parents, and administration.
- Flexible and willing to work creatively with others.
- Passion for working with children.
- District online Teaching Application.
- Cover Letter.
- Current Resume.
- Praxis Scores.
- Complete set of transcripts.
- Indication of Idaho Education Teaching Credential endorsed in area of application.
- Three current letters of recommendation (signed and current within three years).
- Contract days: 190.00 (1 FTE).

Based on annual school calendar.
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Public Employee's Retirement System are available to certified employees with a contract of .50 FTE or greater.
