Position Overview The Idaho STARS Technical Assistance (TA) Coordinator contributes directly to the success of Idaho STARS, one of the many projects run by the Idaho Center on Disabilities and Human Development ( CDHD ). This position is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of statewide systems for:
1) targeted technical assistance (TTA): and
2) Practice-Based Coaching.

Requires the ability to travel between locations during the business day for meetings and support program activities Requires working nonstandard hours as needed

Preferred Experience:

Five years’ experience in the field of early care and education Experience implementing adult learning principles to ensure quality content delivery and development Experience coordinating a statewide program Experience working on a team to accomplish shared goals

Preferred Education:

Master’s degree in one of the required degree programs Preferred Other:
Manage a variety of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Implement core components of a shared workplace C ollecting and analyzing data Use of software applications for business purposes, including Microsoft applications
