Photolithography Process Engineer

Position within Micron's Boise expansion team, focusing on photolithography process development to improve product quality, yield, and productivity.

• Develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and drive process yield improvements.
• Improve cost reduction, productivity, and risk management.
• Work with multi‑functional teams to resolve manufacturing line problems.
• Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to identify and resolve production issues.
• Use project management skills to complete milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
• Drive improvements across all SPC charts owned.

• 2+ years of industry experience working as Process Owner within Photolithography.
• BS or Master’s in an Engineering field, or equivalent military experience or A‑AS with 5+ years industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a meticulous approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in data science and programming skills.
