Position: Treasury Associate I

Treasury Associate

Location:

IAS Headquarters - Clearwater, FL

Responsibilities
  • Send daily/monthly issue files to numerous banks.
  • Research outstanding checks for all companies.
  • Place stop payments on checks and issue replacement checks when necessary.
  • Send ACH debit and credit files to numerous banks.
  • Pick-up ACH returns from numerous banks daily and process.
  • Reconcile several bank accounts from various banks for all clients, if required.
  • Positive Pay (paying or returning checks).
  • Produce first and second notice for outstanding checks, all follow‑up.
  • Verify remote deposits from Premium Accounting and file until destroyed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years of proven Banking Deposit Operations experience or equivalent Treasury/Accounting experience; knowledge of debits and credits required.
  • Insurance background preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Accurate 10‑key by touch and moderate Excel skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of people and tasks.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
