Business Analyst Role

Business Analyst staff will be directly reporting to Business Analyst Circle Lead and also EVP Finance. He/She will have exposure to the company’s businesses especially its flagship product, Tunaiku and Finance related matters. The role involves various stages of the business process along with other team members and functions. Due to the nature of the job, team members are expected to be committed to the position.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the current processes
  • Will be involved in the analysis of treasury transactions and Tunaiku loans
  • Assist and coordinate with related parties in designing an effective and efficient workflow
  • Implement and monitor the progress of development projects to ensure the smooth running of business and compliance within the industry environment
  • Collect data and analyze the Bank's performance, including financial reports, in accordance with predetermined deadlines
  • Provide proposed solutions to improve the performance of a business process
  • Establish communication and provide support to other work units in order to achieve effective cross‑division cooperation
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks requested by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain structured working papers and documentation
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and routine monitoring processes
  • Proactive and reliable team player, willing to step in and take ownership of tasks when needed
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in English both oral and written
