We are seeking a motivated and driven Jr. Field Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
In this role, you will work closely with and learn directly from Senior Recruiters, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and supporting hiring efforts for field positions. This is a great opportunity to build foundational recruiting skills while contributing to a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
This is a fully remote role responsible for managing high‑volume recruiting and supporting related hiring activities.
Responsibilities- Screens applications/resumes and conducts job interviews by video to identify qualified candidates.
- Administers assessments and background checks in accordance with company policy.
- Extends job offers.
- Coordinates new hire travel arrangements for on‑the‑job training in the field.
- Serves as a liaison and point of contact for new hires throughout the interview, hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintains accurate and compliant recruiting‑related activities, records, and notes utilizing the company’s Applicant Tracking System.
- Performs administrative duties and projects as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining contact with each candidate through entire training phase.
- Outgoing personality with ability to quickly establish rapport; must have confidence in using video conferencing to perform job duties.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook including scheduling features.
- Previous experience in Human Resources or staffing using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Well organized, self‑motivated, and confident to work independently.
